THE CLOSING REPORT OF THE 12TH EDITION OF THANKSGIVING ANNIVERSARY SERVICE OF BAYELSA STATE

Bayelsa State, situated in the southern part of Nigeria, stands as a remarkable and distinctive region renowned for its abundant natural beauty and cultural heterogeneity, its breathtaking landscapes, unique heritage, and rich traditions make it a captivating destination within the nation’s diverse mosaic.

The commemoration service which unfolded at the Ecumenical Center in Igbogene, Yenagoa, Bayelsa State, Nigeria was a remarkable occasion.

The people of Bayelsa State, alongside their esteemed Executive Governor, His Excellency Senator Douye Diri, gathered to reminisce about the divine wonders of the Almighty on behalf of the state and its good people.

Governor Douye, in a heartfelt tribute, offered profound praise to the King of kings for the guidance and grace that had brought him and his dedicated team this far.

The event was graced by the presence of numerous distinguished individuals from various strata of society, who came together to express their deep gratitude to God and to add vibrancy to the celebration. Among the distinguished attendees were the Former President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, Chief Olusegun Obasanjo (GCFRN), the former governor of Bayelsa State, Senator Henry Seriake Dickson, esteemed Bishops, Members of the House of Assembly, venerable Traditional Rulers, and a host of other notable figures.

The good people of Bayelsa State assembled in overwhelming numbers to collectively offer their gratitude to God for His benevolence.

The event was further enriched by the inspirational message delivered by our Daddy in the Lord (Pastor Lazarus Muoka), titled “Blessed Are You.” The atmosphere was filled with divine grace and joy, as The Chosen mass choir rendered melodious songs to bring down the presence of the Almighty.

Finally, the man of God prayed for the congregation, the Executive Governor, his cabinet, and all the dignitaries that God of Heaven should bless them and ensure their safety.

Yes! The Lord is on course to see to the accomplishment of the ten billion souls mandate as the gospel is being extended to the nooks and crannies of the world without boundary to the old, young, rich, poor, great, and mighty.
