I Refused To Open My Shop On Sunday And God Saved My Shop From Fire Incident (Workers and Leaders Conference 2023)

Hebrew 11:6 – “But without faith, it is impossible to please Him, for he who comes to God must believe that He is and that He is a rewarder of those who diligently seek Him.”

God is the Great Rewarder of those who seek Him diligently. Our Sister decided to obey the Lord and the unimaginable happened. Read her testimony below.

My name is Sister Tina Eze, it happened that I returned from church one faithful Sunday and was propelled in my spirit to go to my shop. At first, it was unusual because I don’t open my shop on Sundays. As the ministration kept coming, I quickly rushed to my shop because it was at the front of our house and there were other five shops around it, I discovered that those shops were open and they were making big sales.

At that point, I was tempted to join them but my spirit restrained me from doing so, I declared myself a Chosen and quickly returned home.

At 1 am-midnight, something strange happened. Someone came to my door knocking and shouting. I became perplexed, opened the door, and rushed outside, only to discover that it was a fire outbreak. The other five shops were set ablaze, and people around became surprised that the fire burned other shops and stopped near a plank that is connected to my shop, That was how God singled out my shop and it became a mystery and puzzle that yet to be unraveled by many.

I appreciate this Great God for that wonderful deliverance and favor.

As if that was not enough, the enemy came to attack me through my landlord. He said I should dismantle the little parking space that I constructed with plank near my shop for no cause, and gave me an ultimatum of 24 hours but I forgot to remove it that day.

The next day, he came to me and asked where I went to last night, I became amazed and didn’t understand his question, little did I know he had an encounter at night which made him come and ask me that question. There and then, he reversed his statement and told me not to bother about the plank anymore.

To this God who has fought my unseen battles and given me permanent victory, I return all the glory to Him forever, in Jesus’ name, amen.
