I Borrowed The Word “I’m A Chosen” – Voice of the Cross

1 Peter 2:9; But ye are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, an holy nation, a peculiar people; that ye should shew forth the praises of him who hath called you out of darkness into his marvelous light:

“I have read my Bible and claimed this portion. I know the royal priesthood and I know the Chosen as well…” At the point at which he identified with the God Of Chosen, The Almighty God showed up and the below happened:

After last year’s Mgbidi in 2021, I was traveling with my wife and first son to Onitsha. At Oraifite, we met armed robbers in operation and were told that they are ahead of us. Just about the next minute, bullets were flying from behind us, and we happened to be the first victim. When they got to my son, they slapped him and pulled him out of the car, went to his mother(my wife) at the back seat where I was sitting with her, they hit her on her chest and pulled her out of the car, while I quietly came out and stood.

One of the armed robbers came and pointed a gun pointing at my chest. I looked at him with his gun, and borrowed the word ‘I am a Chosen’, knowing fully that the gun wouldn’t respond, just then he pulled down his hand gazing at me, the next thing he did was to request for our phones. We gave them our phones and they proceeded to the next car on the que, it was a jeep and the driver was a man, they shot him on the head and so much blood gushed out of his head. All these happened around 9:30 am.

They took our Camry car and the Jeep of the man that was shot dead, but 12 days later, we recovered our car. Praise the Lord!!!
