From Pain To Peace: A Testimony Of God’s Healing And Deliverance – Easter Retreat 2025

Hallelujah! We serve a Mighty God, who is able to heal all our diseases and redeem our soul from destruction. Read this powerful testimony of our beloved Sister.

My name is Sister Kate Onuh. I joined Chosen in 2015. I am from Ogun State in Nigeria and I am happy to be a Chosen.

My testimony goes thus: Three months ago, I woke up with severe pain by the side of my waist. I couldn’t walk or go to work due to the pain. Despite my condition and the pain, I decided to come for this unique Easter Retreat programme titled – “GOD’S COVENANT OF PEACE AND BLESSINGS, 2025.” When I came, I tried to pray during the service, but the pain was overwhelming.

As God may have it, our General Overseer spontaneously mentioned my case and prayed for me. After the prayer, I felt relieved from the pain. Today, I am free from the pain. I can use my body, and I am able to sleep peacefully.

Brethern, due to the intensity of this pain, I promised God a specific amount that when He heals me, I will thank Him with that amount and God did it. I have come to return all the glory to God Almighty for taking away my pain and giving me peace and to also redeem my pledge.
