Delivered From Gas Explosion That Nearly Claimed His Life

Psalm 121:7 – “The Lord shall preserve thee from all evil: he shall preserve thy soul.

The great preserver of life has done something extraordinary again in the life of our brother, by preserving him from the spirit of death.

My name is Brother Meshach. I want to thank the God of the Chosen for giving me a second chance in life. The God of Chosen delivered me from a gas explosion. On the 22nd of September on a Monday around 9-10am, I wanted to warm my soup in my house, and I placed the soup on the gas cooker and lit up the gas, I was about to step away from the gas when I started seeing blue flames from the cooker, the cylinder was outside and I wasn’t even with my phone when the cooker exploded.

The explosion of the gas threw me, and I found myself on the other side of the kitchen. The door that leads to the dining room from my kitchen pulled out and broke into two, and all the windows were smashed, the P.O.P. of my apartment and that of my neighbour were scattered, and the damage was so serious.

When I came out of the balcony of my apartment, everyone was shouting and saying thank you Jesus, at that time I didn’t even know what was happening to me, I was just asking if anything happened to my face, but my neighbours were telling me to thank God instead, then I saw myself on a window and I realised my skin was falling off, then I was rushed to a big private hospital, they rejected me and said they can’t treat me and I should go to another another hospital named LARA, and at that point, when you go to hospitals like that, it is between you and God, so I decided to go to another hospital at warri there, I was there for 3 days and I decided to go to my house where i would be comfortable receiving treatment. I got back home and started paying doctors and nurses to come treat me at home until I fully recovered, to the glory of God.

There were lots of favours coming in while I was in that state, two weeks before the incident happened, my state pastor at Edo state called me to his office and told me there was a brother that decided to singlehandedly build the church altar, so he told me to contribute even if it’s a little, so when there is need, the God of chosen will speak for me, I listened to him and decided to do something even if it was something little, I did it because I love giving to the Lord, and when the incident happened, he was at Jos crusade, I called him and told him what happened, and he said “I told you the altar will speak for you”.

I sincerely want to appreciate the God of Chosen, and for obeying the word of my state pastor. While I was at the hospital, my landlord called and told me he heard what happened. I told him I would fix everything when I get back from the hospital, he said he wasn’t concerned about the damage but about my life instead, in fact he sent people to repair all the damage without me spending a dime. I was favoured by a lot of people, the God of Chosen proved to me that He is a great provider. I thank the God of Chosen.
