Closing Report Of Mgbidi 2026

Theme: “WHAT GOD HAS DETERMINED SHALL BE DONE”.

God graciously ushered us into the year 2026, a year of Dominion, Victory, Blessings, and Harvest, and clothed us with a new garment as He successfully led us through our annual four-day retreat at Mgbidi.

The venue was filled to capacity with worshippers who came from far and near to dwell in God’s presence, alongside countless participants who joined the program virtually.

Songs of praise, worship, and thanksgiving continually ascended to God from choristers from different nations, including Benin Republic, Ghana, Togo, Cameroon, Burkina Faso, and many others, all glorifying the Great God of Chosen for His mighty and mysterious works among His people.

Many who had previously encountered the Lord during meetings, fellowships, crusades, and even right at the program, testified of God’s exceptional goodness and mercy.

Deliverance from Brain Tumor:
A man testified of how God delivered his son, who was diagnosed with a brain tumor abroad. During a program in Awka, Nigeria, he informed his branch pastor, who took the patient’s photograph to the General Overseer for prayers. On the very day scheduled for surgery, repeated medical examinations revealed that the tumor was no longer present. The doctors found no trace of it. Glory to God!

Political Restoration and Elevation:
Another brother testified of divine intervention after years of stagnation in his political career. His last appointment as Director-General, Due Process Bureau of Bayelsa State, ended in 2020. While his peers were reappointed, he was left out until 2025. He attended Mgbidi 2025 upon a friend’s invitation, got converted to The Lord’s Chosen Church, and later attended a Lagos program where the G.O. declared that rejected politicians present would be accepted. He claimed the declaration, and upon returning to Bayelsa State, he was appointed Technical Assistant to the Governor. By November 2025, he was further elevated to a member of the State Advisory Committee on Conflict Resolution. What human efforts could not achieve in four years, God did within three months.

Healing from Perforated Intestine:
A woman testified of her miraculous healing from a perforated intestine. After severe abdominal pain and multiple medical confirmations of a hole in her intestine, she contacted the G.O for prayers. On the day scheduled for surgery, fresh medical examinations, including CT scans, revealed no perforation. The doctors confirmed complete healing. Glory!

Deliverance from Barrenness:
Another woman testified that God broke a five-year yoke of barrenness in her life through the prayers of Daddy G.O. She first attended Mgbidi in 2021, trusted God during testimony time, and made a vow of thanksgiving. The following month, she conceived and today rejoices with her bouncing baby boy.

Healing from Leg Poison and Restoration of Fruitfulness:
A man testified of being healed instantly from leg poison after responding to a word of knowledge declared by the G.O. Prior to the healing, he could only wear slippers due to pain, but afterward, he wore shoes freely. God also broke a nine-year yoke of barrenness, impotency, and low sperm count in his marriage. Following a vow made during Mgbidi 2025, God blessed him and his wife with a bouncing baby boy in 2026.

Mass Healings and Deliverances
God, in His infinite power and glory, enveloped the congregation with healing and freedom. Among the miracles recorded were:

• Restoration of three years’ loss of memory
• Healing of 18 years stammering tongue
• Healing of 30 years leg poison
• Healing of an 18-year-old crippling condition
• Healing of a 13-year stroke
• Restoration of hearing and speech for cases of 32, 29, and 20 years deaf and dumb
• Healing of 10 years of insanity and many more.

The congregation erupted in joyful praise, singing songs of exaltation and victory to the Almighty God.

The program was graced by notable dignitaries, including:

• Former Governor of Anambra State, Mr. Peter Obi, who also came to seek the face of the Lord, alongside other government officials.

The servant of God, Pastor Lazarus Muoka, ministered powerfully in a series of messages titled “What God Has Determined Shall Be Done” (Parts 1–4). He emphasized that God has the final say and that His plans and purposes must come to pass. He assured the congregation that God has determined to be with His people throughout the year and all the days of their lives.

He declared that:

• No matter the fire or waters, God’s people shall survive
• The troubles of the land shall not be our portion
• We shall overcome, be progressive, and fulfill our years
• Every satanic plan shall fail, and dominion shall be our portion
• He also warned that sin limits destiny and called sinners and backsliders to repentance. Many responded, surrendered their lives to Jesus Christ, and received prayers for forgiveness and restoration.

Upon all worshippers, the man of God pronounced:

• Embarrassing prosperity
• Elevation and advancement
• Victory and divine protection
• Unimaginable favor and divine advertisement
• Sufficient grace to do the will of God

He further prayed that the 10-billion-souls mandate would be fulfilled this year, with dominion, victory, blessings, and a mighty harvest of souls worldwide.
