“THE WONDERFUL MOVES OF GOD AS OF OLD”
The Lord moved mightily and did what no man could do in the lives of the indigenous people of Akwa Ibom State and beyond. It was indeed an extraordinary demonstration of God’s power, as countless lives experienced divine intervention.
God manifested His power through remarkable healings and deliverances. Individuals who were deaf, dumb, blind, paralysed, crippled, and those afflicted with terminal illness and various other conditions received their miracles following the declarations of freedom by the servant of God.
TESTIMONIES OF GOD’S MIGHTY ACTS
A woman testified of how God miraculously healed her two sons, aged four and two, who had been suffering from epilepsy and asthma, respectively. She had visited several places in search of solutions, but all efforts proved futile until she joined The Lord’s Chosen and attended a programme at Mgbidi in 2012.
During the programme, she wrote her request on a sheet of paper and wept bitterly, pleading with God to remember her. On the third day of the programme, the man of God mentioned her case, and that marked the beginning of a remarkable turnaround. God miraculously broke the yoke of epilepsy and asthma in the lives of her sons. From that moment until now, both boys have remained healthy, sturdy, and strong.
Another woman testified of how God lifted her from the pit of poverty into stupendous wealth.
She recounted how she was formerly an akara seller, who regularly conducted business on Sundays, bought goods on credit after making sales, and lived in a thatched house that was always flooded whenever it rained.
However, after joining The Lord’s Chosen, she attended one of the programmes during which the servant of God was preaching. She made a solemn vow to God that she would henceforth remain committed to attending church services on Sundays. As the man of God rounded off the prayers, he mentioned her case. That encounter marked a turning point in her business and financial life. Her business experienced a remarkable turnaround, as she began making substantial profits and purchasing goods with her own money rather than relying on credit.
Furthermore, her son had an uncompleted building, with seemingly no financial means to finish it. However, as she presented the matter before God, sowed seeds of faith, and purchased a new keyboard for her branch church, God miraculously intervened. Her son received divine favour, completed and beautifully decorated the magnificent building, and acquired two brand-new luxury vehicles—a Lexus and a Mercedes-Benz. One was for him and the other for his mother, who was once an akara seller. What a remarkable transformation! Glory!
A REMARKABLE GATHERING AND THE WORD OF GOD
The crusade recorded an overwhelming turnout of participants, both physically and virtually. The atmosphere was charged with glorious praises and worship as the choristers and chorus leaders led the congregation in celebrating God’s mighty acts.
Thereafter, the General Overseer (G.O.) ministered on the theme, “Wonderful Moves of God as of Old” (Parts 1 & 2).
He explained that as the world awaits the second coming of Jesus Christ to rapture His saints, God has determined to move with unprecedented power, accompanied by extraordinary demonstrations of signs, wonders, and miracles, so that humanity may believe, repent, receive salvation, and be prepared for the rapture.
He further emphasised that many people need to witness tangible evidence of God’s reality and unlimited power to believe that He is indeed capable of doing all things.
Consequently, he admonished sinners and backsliders to amend their ways, pursue genuine salvation, make necessary restitution, experience sanctification, and receive the baptism of the Holy Ghost in this great move of God. He further charged everyone to ensure they recover all things through the victory of Christ, from now until the rapture of the saints.
PRAYERS, DELIVERANCE AND DIVINE DECLARATIONS
As the man of God prayed, multitudes stepped forward to surrender their lives to Jesus Christ, making decisions to embrace genuine salvation.
He subsequently declared victories, healing, deliverance, freedom, multiple favours, miraculous promotions, contracts, divine connections, and unprecedented open doors upon all participants. He also released what he described as an intercontinental ballistic anointing upon all virtual viewers.
In response, the congregation collectively declared God’s ultimate protection, greater anointing for effective ministry, renewed strength, and increased grace upon the General Overseer, his wife, and their entire household.
To crown the glorious encounter, he commissioned the archangels of the ministry to ensure the safety of all participants as they journeyed back to their various destinations.
